You create offers for fire alarm systems (BMA) and special extinguishers. The independent planning and handling of service orders are your responsibility. Service technicians are coordinated and supervised by you. With your competent advice and support you ensure a high customer satisfaction. Through a structured organization, you ensure a smooth service run.

Complete technical training in the relevant field (e.g., electronics) with ideally passed further training as a master in electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in fire protection Knowledge in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA) and special extinguishing systems Practical experience in offering and order processing Impressed leadership and organisational capacity Class B mobility and driving licence As a service master, you should also like to take responsibility, work independently and structured and bring together team player qualities.
