In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for an electric master/electro engineer as a technical instructor (m/w/d) at the Brandenburg site at the Havel.

An exciting challenge awaits you! Be part of our dedicated training and training team at the educational centre in Brandenburg an der Havel. Take responsibility for the placement of training content and training courses for electrical specialists, in particular in the field of intelligent/digital local network stations. You are the first contact person for our trainees and conducts the training process independently, both theoretically and practically. As trainers and advanced trainers*in electrical engineering, you actively shape digitalization and accompany our learners into the world of digitalization. The trainees prepare them for examinations and prepare them methodically. Plan and coordinate work materials to ensure optimal workflows in training and training. Creating assessments and running feedback talks are also a key part of your task.

Completed master's degree with the field of electrical engineering, ideally with training or willingness to qualify you. Safe handling of common MS Office applications; Knowledge of modern presentation and training methods is advantageous.
