To develop education and participation in working life, e.g. Organisational and professional management of the entrance procedure/vocational training area and the accompanying services Responsibility for the participation process of clients in the work area of the workshop: determination of needs, planning, procedure, implementation of the service, verification of the process Complaint management Crisis intervention Staff management, e.g. Planning and implementation of personnel in vocational training, social services, accompanying services Ensuring internal expertise to implement the education mandate in the field of vocational training and the participation process in the field of work Economic efficiency, e.g. Ensuring correspondence and reporting for cost carriers, including ensuring the participation plan procedure Decision on the acceptance of clients, with a high risk of self- and extrapolation after consultation with the workshop management

Complete study of social work, social education or medical and special education with state recognition or proof of comparable qualifications, professional and management experience in the field of integration assistance Basic knowledge of social law A valid driver license of class 3 / B is desirable Ideally experience in team management and in cooperation with all persons and institutions involved in the rehabilitation process Good computer skills (MS Office) Knowledge of PIT procedures Team, Conflict and Criticism Integration, cooperation and compromise Readiness for reflection and communication High level of psychological and physical stress Ability to control and lead group dynamic processes Ability to react appropriately and calmly in crisis or conflict situations Willingness to further develop your own technical priorities
