The coordination of all internal and external parties involved in the provision of services for the quality, timing, cost-effective implementation of the entire services by structuring work packages, scheduling, tracking dates and cost/budget planning are part of your daily work You ensure the continuation of the cost calculation / HOAI calculation of services in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Risk management or contract/subsequent management and the processing of the subordinates from contracts and internal agreements are your responsibilities Communication with all relevant stakeholders (customers, authorities, business partners:inside, public, etc.) is another part of your activity In the project, you identify and guide counter-control measures to achieve goals and control their effectiveness

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study in the field of engineering sciences or a comparable training with many years of professional experience. Multiannual professional experience as planner:in, building supervisor:in or as project manager:in, building contractor representative:in or building supervisor:in the railway infrastructure is mandatory You control the HOAI, AHO and VOB, in plan law according to AEG, in company-internal processes and processes of EIU.
