To support our team in the Human Resources Division of the Southwest branch, we are looking for you as Recruiter (w/m/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:

• You are a key player in recruiting
• Develop with creativity and know-how and switch tailor-made job advertisements
• They form the interface between applicants and specialist departments and are therefore responsible for ensuring efficient candidate management and targeted candidate selection
• They conduct and accompany structured interviews
• You take responsibility for the Active Sourcing recruitment process to win the best candidate:inside for our open positions
• You are responsible for the planning and coordination of our recruiting trade fairs
• They accompany relevant projects in the field of competence

That you should bring:

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of business management, preferably focusing on staff or comparable courses or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience
• Experience in recruiting specialists and executives
• Experience in Active Sourcing
• Good time and self-management
• Good knowledge of interview management
• Methods of project management
• High readiness to travel in the Southwest branch

That would be desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP Success Factor
