Individually responsible customer support Support for industrial and commercial customers Telephone and written advice on insurance solutions, contractual content and cover concepts Long-term and partner customer support Analysis & individual solutions Analysis of the insurance situation and risks of your customers Development of tailor-made and economic insurance concepts Support for individual tenders and concept solutions Offer creation & contract management Creation and comparison of insurance offers Management and maintenance of existing insurance contracts Monitoring of deadlines and contractual changes Damage management Support and support of your customers in case of damage Coordination of damage reports Communication with insurance companies in cooperation with our in-house damage department

Professional experience Knowledge of industrial or commercial insurance business Experience in independent support of demanding customer connections Safe and professional appearance to customers and insurers Education You have completed training as: Kaufmann / Kauffrau for Insurance and Finance or insurance businessman / insurance businessman or insurance specialist or a comparable qualification. Required additional qualifications Further trainings such as: Specialist in insurance and finance Insurance specialist Business/in insurance Risk Manager (DVA) Underwriter/-in (DVA) we expressly welcome.
