To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) in full-time industrial cleaning at the Ochsenfurt site on 01.06.2026.

That's what your task is:

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• Guide and monitor your own service area in industrial cleaning
• Order acceptance and processing: coordinate, organize, prepare and perform the orders incl. Quality control of services provided
• Offer creation incl. costing
• Order and process optimization by using modern technology
• Communication interface between our customers, the company and our own employees
• Personal management, disposition and motivation

That's what you bring:

• completed training e.g. industrial cleaners, building cleaners (m/w/d)
• alternatively relevant professional experience in this field in a similar position
• well-founded experience in the application of cleaning chemistry and cleaning technology, as well as machinery and equipment
• Knowledge in handling MS-Office applications, ideally in Microsoft-Navision (ERP system) or digital invoice processing
• structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation
• good language skills in German and passenger car tickets
