For our customers in Bad Mergentheim, a successful company in the sales industry, we are now looking for reinforcement as a sales assistant (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Support for sales in the production and processing of orders
• Processing of customer requests and creation and tracking of offers
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
• Telephone and written communication with customers and internal departments
• Preparation and coordination of sales documents and presentations
• Support in the planning and execution of sales and campaigns
• General administrative tasks as well as appointment coordination and preparation

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the sales service or a similar position
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
• Communication strength and joy at customer contact
• Teamability, organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
