Senior Consultant - Process Management / Test Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for and controlling complex projects for optimizing end-to-end processes in the life insurance environment. Developing based on methods like ISTQB and Six Sigma You strategic test concepts and define precise acceptance criteria for our insurance products, e.g. in the Riester area. You plan and coordinate the test phases in close coordination with IT and the departments and control the Defect Management transparently with tools such as Jira and Confluence. You moderate workshops and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) together with the specialist departments to ensure the quality of our systems and advance product success.

You have a degree (e.g. computer science, BWL) or a comparable qualification. You bring a deep understanding of the processes in life insurance – ideally you know these even end-to-end. You have multi-year, practice-proven experience in process and project management that you use in customer projects. With your analytical and structured way of working, you moderate workshops and communicate convincingly at all levels. A certification in common methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, ISTQB or ITIL is a clear plus, but not a must. You communicate safely in German and bring good knowledge of English.
