Our customer is a traditional group from the Medical Care division, based on the German headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. We are looking for you as Human Resources Operations Specialist (m/w/d) with 60% Homeoffice opportunity. The position shall be taken as part of the direct switching.

Complete operational personnel support of a defined group of employees Contact person for executives and employees in all personal questions Interface to social security institutions, health insurance companies and authorities Management and input of time management data Internal pay and salary accounting interface Creation of personal statistics and evaluations Compilation of contracts, changes in contracts, certificates and BR hearings as well as accompaniment of entry and exit Coordination and organisation of training

Completed commercial training and/or completed university studies At least 1-2 years of professional experience in operational staff support Safe handling of MS Office applications, ideally experience with Workday Practical knowledge in the field of labour law Personal integrity and reliability combined with high service and service orientation Fun at work in the team
