About the position As Sales Associate I (Sales I) in our Telekom Shop in Cottbus, you are the direct contact for our customers, offer expert advice and excellent service. Their main responsibility is to understand customer needs, to offer tailor-made telecommunication solutions (mobile and fixed networks) and to increase sales through effective consulting, cross-selling and upselling. You are significantly involved in ensuring customer satisfaction by editing enquiries, demonstrating informed product knowledge and professionally processing complaints. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach and a strong ability to complete sales, which directly contributes to the success of our business and strengthens our customer relationships.
