As a transport system operator, supply security has the highest priority for us – today and in the future. With our approximately 3,000-kilometre gas network, we ensure safe supply with heat and electricity from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance. We are looking at a climate-neutral future and are already building a powerful hydrogen network today. We also provide our customers with a powerful fibre-optic network in addition to services relating to gas-technical installations as infrastructure providers. About 350 employees at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen operate our network and continuously develop it: solution-oriented, pragmatic and connected to the region. We therefore ensure reliable and future-proof provision at the highest level. In order to strengthen our IT Service team in the IT Service and Infrastructure department, we are looking for a:n employee:in (m/w/d) IT service at the Stuttgart site.

Transfer of first-level support in the IT service, by remote switching Classification of enquiries, acceptance of troubleshooting and troubleshooting in the area of client systems and application provision and transmission of complex enquiries to the second and/or Third-level support Maintenance and updating of CMDB Regular review and optimisation of IT service processes Taking over the construction of new and existing IT workstations, the planning, installation and con­fi­cation of new terminal equipment, as well as training and Instruction of employees Coordination of external service providers Management of IT service projects and cooperation in other IT projects

(m/w/d), a comparable qualification or a relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in IT support Handling Microsoft client operating systems and MS Office Interdependence with ticket systems, CMDBs, IT-Asset-Management and MDM systems Experience in hardware confi­cation and software bundling Ready to work at least four days in the office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) Imprinted service awareness, communication strength and team spirit
