In our 12-month SalesTrainee program, you can go through various stations at our location in Hof and get to know the global freight and logistics processes. You conduct market analyses in various facets and products. In the acquisition you will be active on the phone and conduct potential calls. You are familiar with customer support in the logistics of A-Z. You design simple and complex calculations. You create offers and offers. In negotiations with customers you will get to know your sales talents. You are actively working on the acquisition and Sales Funnel. You build a solid foundation for a first entry position with the aim of introducing and developing your knowledge and experience in the course of a long-term career as an expert or as a manager.

You have a successfully completed economic studies with the focus on business management, marketing, sales or logistics, or have a further education on the field of transport (m/w/d). You communicate safely in English. You convince with your communicative and empathic skills, are team-capable, committed and responsible. You understand how to organize and motivate themselves.
