You have the overall responsibility for the core commercial areas and work closely with the management to actively shape the strategic and operational development of our group – both nationally and internationally. General responsibility for accounting, IT, personnel, integrated management systems and law & compliance Leadership, further development and strategic orientation of the above-mentioned areas Ensuring consolidation via holding through our central accounting In cooperation with our external tax advisors, ensuring proper taxation and responsibility for tax issues in the national and international context Sparring partner for the management of strategic, operational and business decisions Close cooperation with the company controlling Development, standardization and digitization of commercial processes, structures and systems Responsibility for risk management, internal control systems and compliance structures Management and coordination of external partners (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, IT service providers) Close cooperation with lawyers and support for investment decisions. Completed economic studies (e.g. BWL, VWL or comparable) Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable commercial management function International experience, ideally in a growth or transformation-oriented environment Good knowledge of tax law or the ability to work quickly on tax issues are desirable, particularly in the national and international tax context.
