Head of Portfolio Management - Product / Partner Management (m/f/d)

In close coordination with the management, you are responsible for the strategic orientation of our solution portfolio and control its operational life cycle as well as economic efficiency. Based on market analysis and in cooperation with sales, you develop a sustainable portfolio strategy to clearly position our offer on the market. You identify strategic partners, build a stable alliance landscape and actively develop it to accelerate our joint growth. You negotiate and shape contracts with suppliers and partners, monitor their performance and optimierst conditions to ensure efficient cooperation. You create clear framework conditions by establishing and optimizing efficient governance structures and processes for the entire product and alliance management. As a leader, you will support and develop your team, set clear goals and create an environment where all can develop their full potential.

You have a degree, for example in the field of business or IT, or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in product, portfolio or partner management. You have already gained first leadership experience and have the ambition to develop a team professionally and personally. It is easy for you to analyze, structure and strategically control complex partner and supplier landscapes. An entrepreneurial way of thinking, clear decisions and a structured, result-oriented way of working distinguish you. You communicate in German in word and writing.
