Our client is an established, economically strong construction company with around 80 employees - embedded in one of the largest European construction companies. The company plans and implements sophisticated construction projects in the industrial and commercial sectors - from the first idea to the turnkey handover. For the region around Bremen we are looking for you as an architect (m/w/d) with a focus on execution planning, plant and detail planning as well as calculation.

Development of project-related work and assembly plans and proposal drawings Creation of project-related calculations with RIB iTWO Development of lists and mass determinations to support work preparation Close participation in the technical implementation of projects in coordination with project management, assembly and purchasing Support in the development and standardization of detail solutions and planning processes in the competence center

Successful degree as an architect (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Safe handling of a common CAD program (2D, optional 3D) Technical understanding of structural relationships and design details Ideally first experience in work preparation and calculation Self-employed, structured working and team skills Interest in long-term activity in part-time or full-time (30–40 hours/week)
