For our clients from the food industry, we are looking for a head:in the department of quality management I quality assurance near Schwerin. In your leadership position, you are responsible, among other things, for planning, performing and preparing internal and external customer audits as well as certifications. It is an unlimited direct service to our client, your new employer. Use us as a springboard in this responsible position.

Leading and developing the Quality Assurance / Quality Management department at the location

Ensure compliance with all food regulations (HACCP, IFS, BRC, Bio etc.)

Planning, performing and preparing internal and external customer audits as well as certifications

Processing complaints and deriving measures for continuous improvement

Schools of staff:inside in the areas of quality and hygiene

Communicate with authorities, customers and suppliers on quality topics

Creating and maintaining risk analyses

Perform and document sensory tastings

Representation method: Incoming goods, production and warehouse monitoring incl. Documentation

A completed study in food technology, ecotrophology, biology or comparable training

A professional experience appropriate to the position in quality management and quality assurance in the food industry

Expertise in food regulations and standard quality standards (e.g. HACCP, IFS, BRC)

A problem solver with strong analytical skills

A team player that is able to quickly identify and address long-term questions, problems and opportunities

A clear communication capability, combined with a structured, solution-oriented and high-throughput operation

A safe handling of MS Office and QM systems

Last but not least: very good German knowledge and very good English knowledge
