For the organization unit OSPlus Förderbanken we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Testmanager ISTQB Advanced Level (m/w/d).

With the new “OSPlus Förderbank” area, financial information technology creates a central unit that develops, manages and operates a future funding bank solution for all participating funding banks. The “OSPlus Förderbank” area provides specially adapted solutions for customer and material processing processes for our individual customers from the group of conveyor banks (Landesförderunginstitute). The tasks of the area include the evaluation of customer needs and cooperation in projects to provide and integrate specially adapted applications in the OSPlus environment.

Planning, coordination and implementation of test activities in IT projects Detection of potentials for test automation, load and performance testing and automated regression testing Construction and structuring of tests as well as quality assurance of test activities Creation of professional test concepts and efficient test automation Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of the defined methods and processes for the test management of the responsible applications

A successfully completed (specialised) university study as an economist or natural scientist, (economic) computer scientist or a comparable qualification Mind. 2-3 years of experience in the test management of agile and classic projects, with a bank background Certification by ISTQB Advanced Level Knowledge in the development and operation of test automation solutions High level of initiative and self-organisation Enforcement and Conflictability
