Senior Inventory and Planning Manager in Telecommunications

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a senior stock and plan running manager: in telecommunications (w/m/d) for the DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH at the Stuttgart site. You strengthen our team of telecommunications (TK) and you are responsible for the entire plan running – from the procurement of inventory plans as a basis for planning, testing and approval of execution planning to the return of inventory documents to IZ plan. Your tasks: In your responsibility and role, you control the inventory and plan running management for the Telecommunications plant in the DB Projekt Stuttgart – Ulm, among others for GSM-R, LWL/Cables, IP-Access / DB MAS, Transmission technology and tunnel emergency systems At the start of the project, you can arrange the inventory plans on the IZ plan (order and return document), check them on topicality and completeness and provide them with the planners as a mandatory planning basis. Furthermore, you are responsible for the execution of the plan running in the execution planning (AP) – from the installation of the plan, testing and free-drawing to the release for execution – and perform this completely in EPLASS You coordinate and agree closely with planners, planners, project managers (BVB), project managers as well as the plant managers and specialist officers of DB InfraGO In addition, in consultation with the purchase, you can purchase the reviewers, test experts and test engineers required in the test run, bind them on time and tax their services In addition, you coordinate the free-drawing of the documents within the test runs to the specialist auditors involved: inside the DB and the independent test engineers:inside for the technical test and for the test according to the method.
