You create cost estimates and performance directories for projects in technical building management. Together with our technical lines, you calculate services for maintenance and management. You get maintenance offers from after-contractors and compare them. You support our offer and acquisition team with your technical and commercial know-how. You can help to optimize our calculation processes and to uniform benchmarks. After-calculations and adjustments during project implementation are also your responsibility.

A technical or commercial training with reference to facility management, building technology or calculation. As an alternative: Continuing training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or a Bachelor/Master degree in Facility Management or Economic Engineering. First experience in costing, supplying or technical building management is of advantage – but no need. You work structured, you are acquitted and keep track of several projects. Knowledge about maintenance, TGA systems (DIN, VDMA, VDE, VdS) or CAFM systems is a plus.
