Master (m|f|d) Pipeline Construction / Container Construction

Your duties You have the technical and disciplinary guidance of the areas of container construction and pipeline construction. You are responsible for work security, quality, costs and appointments in your area. The implementation or coordination of welding removals in compliance with the relevant standards and regulations are an important part of your tasks. Ensure efficient production and assembly processing of pipeline systems and containers. The interpretation and application of 3D drawings as well as the use of simulations in pipeline construction (e.g. pre-testing of assembly processes) are also included. You have the function as welding oversight / welding specialist. In addition, you take over capacity planning, shift planning and personnel deployment control. You initiate continuous improvement measures (KVP / OPEX) and implement them. The further development of technologies, working systems and methods, for example, laser job welding in their own sphere of responsibility is essential. Close cooperation with adjacent areas (engineering, control, quality, logistics, maintenance) completes your field of activity.

Your profile You have completed training as a structural mechanic or comparable technical training in the metal sector and have completed a training as a master. 3 - 5 years of leadership experience bring you with. A training as a welding specialist (SFM) or welding technician (ST) is required as well as experience with different welding methods. You are also entitled to perform welding tests. You have the VT2 test according to DGZFP. Knowledge/experiences with DIN EN ISO15085 and DIN EN ISO3834 and DIN EN ISO9606 are important. Experience in handling hazardous materials and welding gases will bring you with us. In the use of SAP and the MS Office package you are routined. We require very good German and good English skills.
