You focus on labour law issues from collective labour law and individual labour law as well as from adjacent areas of social law (including pension insurance and severe disability) You advise the executives in the respective departments on individual labour law issues and the directly related collective law issues You support the staff service in the foundation management staff with your expertise You advise, in close coordination with your supervisors and colleagues in the staff service, the management levels of the BruderhausDiakonie for tariff innovations, labour law developments, current case law and legal changes You accompany and represent the BruderhausDiakonie in individual labour law and church court proceedings, if necessary also in cooperation with external law firms You carry out internal training and information events in the topics you are dealing with You work in projects and special tasks

You ideally have completed law studies with 2nd state exams or a related degree/study focus, for example, personnel work, economic law, with a focus on work law You advantageously bring relevant, work-related professional experience and very good written and oral communication skills with You work and act independently and structured You are safe in handling office applications and MS teams You have a pronounced ability to interdisciplinary networking and bring new impulses to
