Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

Preparation and organisation of assembly operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools and planning of travel activities Implementation of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and rebuilding operations on machinery, equipment and forms Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training documents Implementation of training courses for customers and inter­need training Telephone and written analysis and clarification of disruptions to machines, plants and forms Collection, processing and documentation of customer requests Technical coordination in cooperation with intermediaries and external product specialists Support for Global Service / Sales through technical expertise Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes

Complete training as a mechatronic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable technical qualification Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous Impressed customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues Self-contained, structured working and high self-motivation Teamability and Communication Strength Safe handling of MS Office High national and international readiness to travel (up to 70 %) Class B valid driving licence Electrotechnical knowledge or equivalent powers Safe, friendly and professional appearance in direct customer contact
