Pedagogical Assistant (m/w/d) for an IZL

In the field of stationary educational aids, we are looking for a child of our infant group 8 (DWG 8), in which seven children aged between 3 and 8 are cared for, a dedicated educational assistant or work students (m/w/d) for an individual supplementary benefit (IZL) that supports us in our work. The service includes a maximum of 26 hours per week and takes place from Monday to Friday from about 14.00 to 19.30.

The children come from families who are under social and/or mental stress and in which they therefore no longer want to live or can live.

Based on help and education planning, we support children and families in achieving their goals. The orientation of the individual child and close cooperation with the systems of origin are important to us, based on the systemic perspective.

We provide experience rooms for individual development processes and offer as educators time and contact for new relationship experiences and personal growth.
