We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in 1st Level Support & System Integration in parttime with approx. 25 hours per week (3-day week possible) for a renowned customer in Gersthofen.

Your activities

• They support the integration and training of IT trainees in various areas (defecting workflows, tools and processes, explaining complex IT systems and their application)
• You are the first contact point for users in hardware and software problems at the location (local helpdesk)
• You can also provide support and support for external users in different countries (Remote Helpdesk)
• The support of Windows and network environments as well as user requests is one of your tasks
• In addition, you are responsible for system management and infrastructure (e.g. user and device management, WLAN networks and their integrity, management of printer hardware, print servers and streamline systems, support and management of the company's phones including mobile radio contracts)
• You also take over software and license management (administration, configuration and license assignments regarding Autodesk, Adobe Sign/Prime Sign, Minitab and DIVA)
