Risk Monitoring & Reporting Spezialist (m/f/d)

As a Monitoring and Reporting specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for monitoring, controlling and communicating risks to ensure risk sustainability at the overall bank level and for the sustainable development of a risk strategy process.

Main tasks: Implementation of the risk strategy process to ensure risk sustainability within the framework of the overall banking control Identification and interpretation of risk plan deviations and derivation of corrective measures (e.g. risk costs, risk carrying capacity, risk limit system) Evaluation and interpretation of actual and target analyses for risk assessment & control (e.g. stress tests, ratings, risk inventory) Optimization of early detection systems and key figures (e.g. risk dashboard dealer switching business, time series analyses and structural data evaluations) Procurement, structuring and consolidation of data from different internal and external sources Creation of results reports on the current risk situation and derivation of decision bases for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. top management, auditors) Preparation of established risk information formats within the bank (e.g. risk cost meeting, risk committee, dealer risk committee) Contact persons for risk policy issues of all kinds (e.g. risk costs, key figures and early detection, risk sustainability) to internal stakeholders (e.g. top management, risk departments at the Group headquarters)

You have completed your studies, e.g. in the field of Business Administration, Bank and/or Insurance Studies, or a comparable qualification You already bring relevant professional experience in the field of risk carrying capacity, planning and budget processes as well as reporting (Tools, Data Processing, Reporting, Standardization) with You act as a specialist in data collection and analysis, in deriving recommendations for action/references and in target group-specific treatments You have the ability to optimize existing processes and make operationally professional decisions that affect the work of your own groups You are known for your strong social competence and communication skills within the department and with contact persons in specialist areas Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
