Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

As a host: with your heart, you will perform a first-class service in your own area of responsibility – professional, cordial and with the view for detail. You advise our guests competently and charmingly on food, wines and drinks – you give recommendations with know-how and enthusiasm. You coordinate the smooth running in your station and make sure that every handle sits – from reception to adoption. You carry out orders safely, take the collection and answer the correct billing. Mise en Place is not a mandatory program for you, but the basis for perfect service – you’re making optimal preparation. You work closely with the Commis de Rang, take responsibility and support the incorporation of new colleagues. For banquets, events or à la carte services: You keep an overview, organize and arrange for an unforgettable guest experience. Hygiene, cleanliness and quality standards are of course for you – you live model function.

Not only your experience counts – but how you think and trade. We are looking for people with personality, sense of leadership and genuine enthusiasm for the superior service. You have a completed training in hotel or restaurant – ideally with first professional experience as Chef de Rang or ambitious Commis de Rang. You are an organizational institution with a high level of responsibility and quality awareness. Your appearance is sovereign, well-kept and cordial – you are the host: in conviction. Teamwork is a living practice for you – you support, encourage and support your colleagues. Stressful situations you master with serenity, overview and a smile. Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English – every other language is a plus.
