• Operation and monitoring of modern production machines for the production of wood packaging
• Conducting regular quality controls of manufactured products
• independent maintenance work and minor repairs at the plants
• Active participation in the optimization of our production and work processes
• Compliance with all applicable safety regulations and quality standards

We are looking for

• Technical understanding: Technical training is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• First production experience: knowledge in the handling of machines are helpful – beginners are welcome
• Physical resilience: Careful working and good physical fitness
• Team skills & Reliability: Responsibility, Structured Operation and Joy in Team Cooperation
• Flexibility: willingness to shiftwork and active cooperation in everyday production
