Engineer / Architect als Ausschreiber (m/w/d)

Dunlopstraße 32, Bielefeld You are responsible for the performance phases 6 and 7 of our attractive and individual construction projects with a focus on building envelopes and construction structures You will set up post-contracting tenders taking into account the economic and technical objectives You accompany the development and implementation of BIM-based alerts and encourage their integration into the ongoing processes You support award negotiations You address the task of preparation from the supply phase to acceptance You work closely with purchasing as well as project and construction managers

You have a successfully completed construction or Architecture studies or comparable technical training You ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of job-creation/work preparation and/or construction management of SF projects You have very good MS-Office knowledge and experience in handling drawing programs and tendering and calculation software such as REVIT and iTWO, ideally with experience in BIM work You draw your attention through a good organizational ability, independent working and commitment
