Process Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time process manager (m/w/d) for support at the company headquarters in Flensburg.

Recording, definition and detailed documentation of the company-wide process organization and business processes incl. Tasks, activities, interfaces, etc. Analysis of existing business processes and identification and evaluation of optimization potentials and further development possibilities Conception and introduction of new business processes Implementation and moderation of process workshops Initiation of and cooperation on projects to implement optimizations and further developments Communication of process changes to relevant user groups Implementation and support of training and webinars for process participants and users

Studies in the field of economics with a focus on organisation, project/process management, computer science or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function Know-how and experience in process management Solid knowledge in the systematic recording, visualization and analysis of processes Embossed IT Affinity, MS Office, ELO Analytical and complex thinking, conceptual strength and structured and targeted working methods Secure appearance, communication strength, organizational talent, presentation skills, problem-solving competence Standing for occasional missions
