The Studierendenwerk Thüringen continuously refurbishes the numerous residences, menses and daycare facilities and builds new facilities at the eight locations in Thuringia. In your role as purchaser*in you work closely with the Construction and Property Department and are responsible for the entire contracting process for construction and maintenance activities as well as for supply and disposal services. These include, among other things, construction services for large construction measures worth several million euros annually, repair measures, framework contracts for maintenance and maintenance services and for energy supply.
