Head of the Building Construction Working Group (m/f/d)

As a working group management, you will have a team of 4 and 5 employees in a professional and disciplined manner. You plan, coordinate and control the work distribution and workflows in the field of building maintenance of public buildings in the capital of Potsdam. Define operational objectives, tasks and priorities and communicate them clearly to your team, within the KIS and outside. As a manager, you conduct employee talks in the sense of care, assessment and conflict management. Your responsibility lies in the planning and management of the business plan fulfillment for the working group based on budgeting and cost/performance accounting. On the basis of award procedures according to the award regulations, you will prepare your team to conclude contracts with specialist companies and planners, monitor their execution and draw responsibility for the audit. Your duties also include ensuring the obligation to provide traffic and responsibility for the operators of the properties of your responsibility and the tasks of the contractor representation.
