Global Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d)

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d), you design and control a future-oriented, transparent and internationally connectable compensation and bonus system in the HR sector at apetito. You are instrumental in using remuneration as a strategic lever for performance, binding and international cooperation in the Group. Your tasks: Market analysis and compensation benchmarking: With your multi-year experience, you analyze national and international paybenchmarks, perform compa-ratio analyses and derive sound recommendations for HR, management and the Executive Board. Compensation and Grading System: You build a Group-wide compensation and grading system for apetito as well as perspective for our international companies. You will continuously develop this along the market conditions (e.g. tariff conditions, legal requirements). Bonus and incentive models: You develop tailor-made target and compensation architectures for different target groups including Calculation logics and rollout in the countries. salary and bonus processes: You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the annual salary and bonus rounds for employees and executives. These include budget management, governance issues and management releases. Governance, transparency and participation: You develop rules, guidelines and processes for remuneration and ensure transparency, fairness and traceability. In addition, you work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. works council) and are business partner for HR, management and national and international executives.

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d), you are convinced by a pronounced communication strength and the ability to take, control and manage different stakeholders in complex contexts. You will also include: Graduate/Bachelor/Master in Economics or Humanities or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in Compensation & Benefits Management, including conception and execution of annual salary and bonus rounds Detectable practice in the development, implementation and further development of compensation systems as well as bonus and incentive programs International experience is an advantage – If your focus has so far been in the national environment, we support you in developing your expertise in an international context. Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as German knowledge B2 required to ensure smooth cooperation in the team and with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills and a high number affinity, coupled with a pronounced quality claim
