You are a trusted contact person for our employees and executives and advises on all personal, labour and organizational issues. You use Personio as a central HR system, keeps our HR data and processes up-to-date, secures a reliable HR administration and creates the basis for smooth payroll accounting. You control recruiting processes for our departments. With modern sourcing strategies, you will inspire professionals for our mission of sustainable energy supply. You develop employee engagement measures, support employer branding activities and create a corporate culture that is characterised by ownership, innovation and team spirit. You bring your own ideas and drive strategic and operational HR projects – for example in the areas of performance management, process optimization or employer branding.

You have collected at least 3 years of experience in the operational HR environment and feel comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth business environment. Whether studying with a focus on personnel, business or psychology or a comparable qualification – you bring the technical foundation to successfully shape modern personnel work. You have experience with modern HR systems, ideally personio, and pleasure in digitally mapping processes and continuously developing them. You could already gain experience in the area of preparing payroll accounting. You have good knowledge of German labour law and use this pragmatic and solution-oriented in everyday work. You take responsibility, think with you and bring topics forward independently. Also in a changing environment you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions. You communicate confidently, empathically and bindingly – whether with employees, executives or applicants. Flowing German - as well as very good English skills complete your profile.
