Team Leader Child, Youth and Family Welfare (m/f/d)

You take responsibility in stationary child and youth assistance with the focus of personnel and team development for one of our offers. As a team leader, you actively participate in group events and take additional responsibility in educational, technical and organizational topics. You actively implement your own ideas and work together with your team and the senior management on building and developing our structures and concepts. The preparation and moderation of the team meetings as well as the schedule design are your tasks. You work with the youth offices, pre-lecturers and other cooperation partners in a targeted manner and always represent our company to the outside, among other things when participating in help conferences. You perform general administrative tasks

You have a completed vocational training as an educator or a completed study in the field of social education, social work or medical education (or a comparable qualification). Experiences in the management of teams or facilities as well as qualifications in the areas of discussion management, personnel development and the professional promotion of employees are advantageous. You are an empathic, binding and resilient personality Flexibility as well as a high degree of responsibility and organizational ability shape your work. An esteeming and prejudice-free working relationship in the team is the basis for your pedagogical action. Willingness for shift service (weekends & holidays include)
