Your tasks – with responsibility and aspiration Own and timely implementation of the pay bill for a defined employee group Full responsibility for reporting and certification Ensuring compliance with all wage tax, social insurance and labour law and collective agreements Care and quality assurance of personal master files and proper management of digital personal files Competent and reliable contact person for health insurance, social security institutions, authorities and external bodies Coordination of pay accounts in close cooperation with financial accounting

Your profile – Payroll from conviction Graduated commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist:r (m/w/d); also experienced cross-enterers:inside (m/w/d) with pronounced payroll enthusiasm Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in collective bargaining Funded knowledge in the tariff area, ideally in the building wage (e.g. special tariff arrangements, additional services, seasonal KUG, SOKA‐BAU) Very good knowledge of tax, labour and social security law Joy of complex accounting structures, special cases and changing legal requirements Safe handling of common wage and salary accounting systems as well as very good MS‐Excel knowledge Impressed sense of responsibility, high accuracy and a structured, independent working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
