Medical Assistant - Occupational Health and Safety

The activities cover both administrative activities and medical activities. The following tasks await you, among other things, in medical activities: Self-permanent execution of blood withdrawals, urine tests by means of test strips, audiograms and visual tests incl. Perimetry Implementation and testing of lung function Self-measurement of blood pressure, writing and processing of ECGs and assisting in stress ECGs Summary of all results and submissions for the final signature of the works physician Monitoring and ordering of laboratory supplies and medicines as well as care of emergency cases Support and support around inoculation The following tasks await you, among other things, in the management tasks: Reception and preparation of the investigations of the test subjects, management of the schedule and production and dispatch of written invitations Monitoring the occupational medical examinations and support of other employers in the management of preventive care Termination of all missions with the competent offices, companies and units, including holdings of the respective lines, occupational safety and personnel councils and, where appropriate, other stakeholders to be drawn Guidance of the ongoing map and forwarding of the findings to the test subjects

Training. Completed at least three years of training for medical professionals. Experience. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience based on the required pre- and training. Speciality. Knowledge of the application of EDV (Word, Excel, VIS, infoma, Ergonomed) or the ability to acquire this knowledge in the short term. The provision of continuing training, e.g. for the course for carrying out hearing tests, is conditional. The above tendering criteria must be fully met by the end of the tendering period. The joy of dealing with people completes your profile. Good to know The place is not divisible. The weekly working hours are 18.5 hours per week. There is the possibility of increasing the working time beyond 18.5 hours in a timely manner. The willingness to design flexible working hours in consultation with colleagues, also in the afternoon, is required.
