Own-sponsored management and control of construction projects in compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements with a fire-protection technical focus Creation and development of plan documents with Autodesk Revit within the framework of BIM processes Monitoring and coordination of project participants (planners, specialist firms, authorities, experts) Integration of fire protection requirements into the overall planning and implementation of the construction projects Creation, testing and approval of fire protection concepts Monitoring of approval procedures and coordination with construction authorities and audit institutions Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards in the field of building and fire protection (e.g. MBO, LBO, DIN standards, VdS) Support in the further development of internal processes and standards in building and fire protection

Studying in civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical course. As part of a long-term development of personnel, the occupation with a training as a design designer, construction technician, master, specialist for building technology, technical system designer, etc. and with corresponding affinity is also conceivable. Additional qualification in the field of fire protection (e.g. specialist planner/technical manager fire protection, state-approved expert for fire protection, fire protection officer) Professional experience in the handling of construction projects, in particular in the handling of approval processes, authorities, invitations to tender and construction contract issues (e.g. according to VOB/B) Safe handling of CAD and planning software (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Autocad BIM models, Navisworks) and project management tools (e.g. Capmo, MS Project) High level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity Efficiency, team skills and willingness to attend occasional service trips Driving licence B
