With us creative ideas are implemented reliably. Your role Preparation of baths: Prepare and control degreasing, passivation and electropolishing baths.

Process implementation: equip components professionally and perform galvanic processes such as degreasing, rinsing, passivation and electropolishing manually.

Monitoring: Monitor process times and parameters to ensure uniform surface processing.

Documentation: Document operations according to production and test documents, including quality control.

Quality testing: inspection of surfaces according to quality characteristics, control of gloss, cleanliness and passivation layer.

Optimization: Identify and report deviations and contribute to the analysis of causes and process optimization.

Plant maintenance: regular cleaning and maintenance of the pelvis, product carriers and work equipment, as well as support in maintenance work in compliance with environmental, safety and safety regulations.

Completed design in the technical or craft sector (e.g. surface coating, industrial mechanic or comparable)

first professional experience in electroplating, degreasing, passivating or electropolishing, as well as basic knowledge of chemical process baths are of advantage
