Key tasks: 18-month trainee program: Targeted and practical preparation for responsible tasks in the real estate sector of the Kreissparkasse Böblingen. Direct entry into the daily business: participation in exciting projects and versatile tasks. Advice and support: Holistic placement of private real estate. Construction savings: advice on building-saving solutions and support in the integration of construction-saving contracts into real estate financing. Market analysis: observation and acquisition of objects, including real estate fairs. Customer appointment management: independent planning and organization. Rental: rental contracts and creation of market-oriented Exposés. Marketing: Circuit of advertisements in the daily press and online presentations. Contract management: preparation and explanation of rental contracts as well as acceptance and transfer of real estate. Official reports: Communication with utilities and administrators. Financial advice: receipt of deposits as well as calculation and advice on various types of insurance, including real estate insurance. Construction financing: processing of applications and assessment of creditability and creditworthiness. Compilation of loan and collateral contracts: elaboration and documentation of contracts and the collection of collateral in the OSP K system. Correspondence with banks and land register offices: Responsibility for correspondence with other financial institutions and land register offices Examination and execution of loans. Teamwork: Cooperation with other departments and partners. Requirements: Completed banking training with a multi-year professional experience or a study in the field of business (e.g. economics, business management or real estate) – alternatively a further education to/from the banking business operator. Practical experience in customer consulting with proven successes. Funded knowledge in the private customer business and in the real estate business. Sensitivity for customer needs and market trends. Authenticity and sovereignty in the customer dialogue as well as pronounced final orientation. Product knowledge in the financing business. Banking knowledge and understanding of the legal framework of construction financing.
