Restructuring Manager (m/f/d)

As Manager Restructure (m/w/d), you take responsibility in challenging restructuring and rehabilitation projects. You advise clients on refurbishment and restructuring. This will help you shape sustainable strategic changes. Design: Together with the project-sponsored partner, you will accompany companies from all industries in restructuring, refurbishment and insolvency-related situations. This includes, for example, the creation of renovation concepts according to IDW S 6 . You develop solution strategies, integrated business plans and liquidity planning. With the decision-makers, you will develop measures for strategic and operational realignment. Analysis & Strategy Development: You develop sound recommendations for action for clients. To do this, you will examine and evaluate business models and the strategic positioning of companies. You will also analyze causes of crisis and the market and competitive environment. Mandant*innenpflege: You take responsibility for the project and are available as a central contact person. You accompany all relevant questions. Results and recommendations for action are presented in a convincing manner. Project responsibility: You control restructuring projects largely independently. You coordinate internal and external participants and guide project teams professionally. In addition, you promote the development of consultants and senior consultants. The further expansion of the business unit is also one of your tasks. Business Development: You support the acquisition of new projects and maintain existing client relationships. In addition, you will develop our portfolio of services in restructuring and transformation.

Successfully completed studies of business or economics, economic law, economic engineering or a comparable course of study. Additional qualifications or priorities in restructuring, corporate finance, finance or insolvency law are of advantage. Multiannual professional experience in restructuring consulting, ideally five to eight years. Experience in independent project responsibility completes your profile. You have well-founded knowledge in refurbishment, restructuring, integrated company planning, financial modeling and company analysis. Modern technologies and AI solutions are targeted. So improve analysis and speed up decisions. Experience with refurbishment concepts according to IDW S 6 and insolvency related issues complements your profile. You are distinguished by a sovereign appearance over management, shareholders, financing partners and other stakeholders. Your communication is professional and solution-oriented.
