Construction billing: preparation of verifiable bills based on performance directories, construction contracts and actual construction services Dimensions & documentation: independent collection and measurement of works on site including photo-documented evidence Communication: Direct coordination with construction and project management as well as with contractors and subcontractors Subsequents: Support in the follow-up assessment and development of arguments Optimization: cooperation in the further development of the digital measurement Conditions: Over-tariff triggering, attractive remuneration, 30 days holiday as well as individual training and development opportunities through our own SPITZKE AKADEMIE, e.g. direction of construction management

(m/w/d), economic engineer (m/w/d), electrical engineer (m/w/d) or a comparable technical or commercial training with respect to the construction industry, railway industry or electrical engineering Experiences: Professional experience in building billing or building management desirable – also cross-comers (m/w/d) with experience in scale are welcome Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office Skills: High technical understanding, analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action, a pronounced understanding of numbers and communication skills Flexibility: High readiness for travel and enjoyment of nationwide deployments on changing construction sites (approximately 80% construction site use) Mobility: Class B valid driving licence required, on request with your personal SPITZKE vehicle (with private use)
