You manage and optimize our LAN, WLAN and mobility infrastructure You provide technical support in IT support at Level 2 and Level 3, together with the internal team and external service providers You develop IT processes, system documentation and role and responsibility descriptions, along with IT support You install, configure and manage our global client server systems and perform bug fixes You manage and develop the Microsoft environment You take over the technical management of our cloud provider and licenses

You bring first professional experience in IT administration You have completed vocational training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have very good knowledge with client server systems (also with Active Directory) and good knowledge in M365 as well as sound knowledge in Microsoft Azure You have sound knowledge of network security and firewalls You are interested in working on new tasks and topics such as IT security You have good communication and team skills as well as analytical thinking skills and structured problem solving skills
