You advise and support companies on health-relevant issues of work design in the field of action of movement and ergonomics according to GKV guidance prevention – both independently and in project teams. To do this, you conduct projects and individual measures in the field of action of movement and ergonomics and follow the PDCA cycle. You analyze photo- and video-assisted workflows, identify possible loads of the musculoskeletal system and recommend measures to prevent complaints. In addition, you analyze relevant physical aspects of employees (e.g. mobility measurements) by means of technical support and advise individually on the results. You carry out actions from the BGF Handling Fields Movement and Ergonomics independently (e.g. Ergonomic Coachings, Workshops) evaluate your actions and thereby ensure the quality. You contribute to offers for a successful market expansion.

You are physiotherapist, ergotherapist/in, sports scientist/-in or have a comparable professional or study degree in the field of movement and ergonomics. You possess knowledge and skills in occupational health promotion, in particular in the fields of action “Health-promoting (ergonomic) design of work and conditions, as well as movement-promoting work and physically active employees” (GKV Guide Prevention, 2025) In addition, you will bring system knowledge of legal responsibilities in the field of occupational health promotion and prevention as well as from project management to PDCA.
