Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of smaller to medium-sized construction projects and reconstructions in the dm-dialogicum Coordination and control of external partners and participants, such as architects, project controllers and engineers, as well as regular coordination with internal stakeholders Processing and care of warranty/defect management Ensuring the timely and cost-efficient implementation of construction projects and monitoring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements in the construction process Ensuring the maintenance and maintenance of the dialogicum, including regular inventory and documentation Cost estimation, cost control, audit and release
