Responsible Electrician Production Machines in FM & MM (m/w/d)

The Facility Management and Machine Maintenance team is listed in the Production department. This makes us an essential part of the operating unit at the cellcentric and realizes the reliable operation of all buildings, the technical building equipment and production machines. Machine Maintenance is focused on maintenance and maintenance as well as the operation of production machines and equipment. At the same time, we ensure that the team is strategically and methodically up-to-date.

Location: Esslingen-Pliensauvorstadt.

Core tasks: You take responsibility for the safe operation of the production machines at our locations and are the first contact person for all electrotechnical concerns - internally and externally You are organising and responsible for the electrical safety of production machines according to applicable regulations You guide professional employees and external service providers in electrotechnical work and carry out samples You regularly check the qualifications of our EuPs and EFKs and promote their professional development You are responsible for the timely execution of all statutory audits and carry out tests on electrical equipment and equipment in accordance with regulations You create and advise risk assessments, operating instructions and protective measures and ensure the technical correct and economical execution of all electrotechnical works You develop maintenance concepts for production machines with focus on the electrotechnical components and monitor their implementation You accompany new and remodeling projects as well as decreases in production machines You analyze disturbances - also on the software side - and fix them independently In addition, you document all electrical maintenance measures completely and comprehensible

Required skills/experience: You have completed a training as a responsible electrical technician and have a qualification as an electric master or technician (with a focus on electrical engineering) You have at least 3 years of experience in operation and in the organization of electrical systems You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations (DIN VDE, DGUV, BetrSichV, ArbSchG) You have well-founded knowledge in the field of PLC control, robotics and complex production facilities Our values of passion, endurance, self-responsibility and trusting cooperation also form the framework for successful cooperation You like to work in an international environment and speak English as well as German
