Enable your team to coordinate and further develop our central IT service portfolio – from workplace to communication & collaboration to application management Consulting and active support of our business units together with your team in the areas of application management, IT operation and processes for implementing business and IT strategies Working with the Cybersecurity (Project) Roadmap and managing the technical implementation of the Badenova Cybersecurity Strategy Acquisition of the technical and disciplinary leadership and the further development of the IT Service Delivery & Security area with four employees (m/w/d) Individual technical cooperation and punctual takeover of project management Bringing your own ideas and actively shaping changes through an open and committed attitude

Reliable professional experience in the environment Digital Workplace, IT Application Management or IT Security A completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees (m/w/d) An open and agile mindset and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams structured, responsible and solution-oriented A binding and value-assurance attitude and a high quality awareness in decisions A communicative personality with pronounced social competence, enforcing ability and team orientation The view over the rim of the plate to identify and further develop new potentials and thus a valuable contribution to the energy transition Very good German knowledge and security to express you clearly and professionally on C1 level
