Your new workplace: A place to discover Right next to the fire brigade, embedded in a spacious outdoor area with public playground and own building cars, lies our “Dörpshus”. Here we accompany children in an elementary group (3–6 years) and an age-mixed group (1–6 years) through their everyday lives. The adjacent forest with its path is our extended living room.

Educational direction & future: You shape our concept of self-education and provide impulses for a modern pedagogy that combines the research spirit and ecological awareness. Team anchor & leadership: You guide the team cooperatively, moderate service meetings, parents' evenings and ensure a reliable everyday life through predictive personnel planning. Management & Responsibility: You take over the organizational and administrative management, including budgetary responsibility, and develop the Kita strategically. Educational partnership: You are competent contact persons for parents and the community and conduct dialogue with fingertips and professionalism. Development management: You ensure the quality of education and documentation so that every child – from the crib to the school start – is optimally supported. Culture & team spirit: You will become part of the 'Dörpshus' – a warm team in which professionalism and humor go hand in hand.

Qualification & Experience: You are a state-recognized educator (or have a comparable degree) and ideally bring experience in the management position or coordination of teams. Passion for children: The cordial handling of children gives you great pleasure. You understand creating an environment where children feel safe and secure. Communication-strong organizational talent: You shine through enthusiasm and open communication and team skills. You moderate the exchange with parents, the wearer, and the team in a sovereign and valuable way. Personality with heart: reliability and flexibility are of course for you. With a lot of empathy and a deep love for the profession, you accompany the educational work and keep an overview even in turbulent moments and always have an open ear for concerns of parents, children and the team Identification: You burn for a holistic pedagogy and want to actively live and develop the educational focus of our daycare center.
