Cluster Reservation Staff (m/f/d)

In the reservation: You process trade fair, individual and group requests and manage the group blocks. The reservation systems and sales channels are maintained by you. You are responsible for the processes in the reservation. You control compliance with the default, deposit and cancellation periods. You are contact:in for our sales partners.

At the reception: You receive our guests with cordiality and fulfill their wishes. You're going with cash and you're going through credit card transactions. You check the accuracy of all guest invoices and correct them if necessary. You ensure the smooth running of tasks for early or late service.

A completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Passion for the profession and joy of dealing with guests.
