Total responsibility for and management of wind farm construction sites on site for the time-, quality- and cost-oriented implementation under the focus of project optimization with the project team and the follow-up to the project Ensuring the implementation and compliance of the ENERCON construction site regulations, the existing HSE standards and the construction processes by the project participants Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transport within the wind farm Depreciation and clearance of accounts for performance by quality and cost Support for commercial project management in contract and claim management Continuous in- and external reporting as well as the provision of a complete construction site documentation

Technical studies (engineering, mechanical engineering, energy technology or comparable), as an alternative technical vocational training with further training to the state-tested master / technicians or a comparable qualification First construction experience in the field of construction or energy Very good communication skills in German and English Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Preliminary commitment and motivation Physical fitness and altitude fitness Representative social competence and team spirit Structured, result-oriented and self-employed Extensive travel arrangements (80 %–100 %)
